At Kavanalli, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at hello@kavanalli.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We suggest that you use safe shipping methods such as certified mail or courier, as we will not take responsibility if the item is lost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve this at no cost to you — either through a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it following the process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@kavanalli.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
